About Bud Communications LLC

Our firm is in memory of Ivan “Bud” Weich who had a life of perseverance. He spent 20 years in the United States Navy retiring at the rank of Senior Chief Petty Officer. He then worked in private industry as an engineer making his way to District Manager before retiring. Along the way he finished his Bachelor’s Degree in Business. Bud passed away in 2000.

His son, Ivan E Weich, founded the company in 2018 having retired from federal service and acquiring skills in conflict resolution, employee relations and labor relations. Ivan started the communications company to help communicate verbally to get people to open up and listen. He also wanted to convey justice stories about ethics, risk taking, collaboration and logic. Some of the stories are told live with volunteer role players and the stories are quite entertaining.
